This agreement is made between Astrotech Innovations Bilişim Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and [Customer Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") under the following terms and conditions.
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of digital products (Dark Matter or Premium subscription) ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website www.astrogame.org.
The basic features of the digital products subject to sale (type, quantity, usage period) are available on the Seller's website. The Seller will apply the prices and discount rates announced on the website during the campaign period as valid until the end of the campaign period.
This agreement is accepted by the Buyer by approving it electronically. The date of the agreement is the date when the Buyer places the order.
Digital products are delivered to the email address or user account specified by the Buyer in the order form. The products are considered delivered when made available to the Buyer.
The product price will be collected using the payment method selected by the Buyer at the time of order. If payment is made by credit card, the installment options offered by the relevant bank are valid.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for digital content delivered instantly and performed immediately in an electronic environment. In this context, Dark Matter and Premium subscriptions are non-refundable.
In case of any problem in the delivery or use of the digital products, the Buyer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller. The Seller has the right to inspect the problematic products and make the necessary corrections or refund the price.
The information provided by the Buyer in this agreement and the information used during payment will not be shared with third parties. The Seller will use this information only within the framework of legal obligations and when necessary.
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, İzmir Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
When the Buyer places an order through the website, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement. The Seller confirms that this agreement has been read and accepted by the Buyer before completing the order.
